With a Nexus 360 Enterprise-wide Performance and Workflow Optimization Suite subscription, you get access to our Monitor Nexus Cloud infrastructure including hosting, daily backups, security, 24/7 monitoring, 24/5 functional support and bug fixing services on standard features, maintenance services: support, upgrades, deployment, maintenance of email/backup/database servers, and a control center to manage your Nexus 360 Apps environment.
Our cloud infrastructure runs on the latest version of Nexus 360 Suite with regular upgrades.

A user is defined as an employee who has or will have access to Nexus 360 in create and/or edit mode.
